My heat went out last week on Wednesday when the storm was coming in and a friend told me to call Fire and Ice, best decision I made. David was the tech who kept me from freezing all night!!!! Thanks and it didn't break the bank!!!!!

Our heating unit went out, of course at the coldest time of the year. Once they determined the problem and that the entire unit needed replacing, they got a unit and replaced it within 2 1/2 days. I hated that they had to work in Saturday but appreciated their effort to fix out issues. They were courteous, efficient, and did a great job. I really appreciate it.
